What do you hope to accomplish in the 2018 session?
As a legislator, and a freshman, I want to continue to learn how the state budgets are formed including agency budgets so that I can make better decisions on how I vote. I want to continue to educate my district on state issues that affect them every day as well as the importance of their vote.
What do you hope the Legislature will accomplish?
I hope the Legislature focuses on budget and appropriation reform so that we can properly fund government, cut waste and grow our state's economy.
What should people know about you?
I am an avid cyclist and I hope to train this year and complete four centuries beating my times from six years ago when I had the same goal! I also enjoy traveling and our big trip this year is Vietnam. My uncle served in that war and we hope to re-trace his steps and learn and experience the culture.
